Major MSN update
Not sure of the exact time.
I just checked stats for the day, and saw a huge increase in traffic from MSN. Checked the serps and I've got 5 keyword pairs at #1. Woohoo! The odd thing.. all search results that have a cached date showing in the main listing show 3/1 or 3/2/2005. I did a search on "cars" to test the results, and checked down 10 pages. Sure enough, all 3/1 or 3/2. Looks like MSN purged their indexes or loaded a fresh set. I just hope my rankings hold this time. I had the same rankings until Feb 8th. All of sudden my listings dropped to like page 98 or so. Their were two cached versions of my root domain "www.domain.com", with different dates. I'm thinking that the index was grunged somehow and it just got cleared up. Maybe having the same exact page cached twice caused a penalty error... |
