great work. i was in my control panel and deleting a few of my old sites that are no longer in existence and the control panel had an error that deleted sites that i wasn't trying to delete. i figured that out about 5 minutes later when trying to upload some stuff and noticing my sites were gone, well i hit the webair support and hit the live support and bam gave a little info and my sites were back online restored within a half hour! all of this done for a nobody like me. great stuff guys!

no they just pulled the last version of my sites that they had restored which ended up only being a few hours old. so i had to reup just a couple files that took maybe 5 minutes and it was back to new.

Yes, they are the best !!! Saved me from some of my own goofs at times as well
