With everyone trying to keep chargebacks low, what about refunds?

What % of your total signups are refunds?

5% ?
10% ?
40% ?

i would say not more than 2% can be refunds

i dont run paysites yet though, but having refunds as high as 20% or 40% would make IMO no sense

yes, right now its under 0.1% for us, usually mac OS9 users who cannot play our wmv's or our divX video options.
