I smoked for the last 10 years and about a month ago just said fuck it.. Havent touched one since and dont care to.. I feel 100 times better!! Good luck with kicking the habbit, its a bitch sometimes. :thumbsup

i tried the gum once, i just ended up smoking while chewing the gum for a better buzz

That's great ... I used the patch and will never go back to smoking. Well, I can't say that, I've had a few once or twice drinking. But not sober, that's for sure. They leave a nasty taste in your mouth and it looks bad. You never really realize it until you see someone with a cigarette hanging out of their mouth or a lady smoking around her kids ... it's not pleasant looking.

Yes.. I used them in like 4 weeks and then I stop.. Now I dont need the gums or the ciggaretts :)

Tried the gum about 10 times, it works, but just transfers your addiction to something else.

Cold Turkey is the only way, I just don't have the balls yet.
