My tuppence though -
Saying all Russian webbies are cheaters is exactly the same as saying all American webbies are cheaters. The difference between the two is a simple one. If a firm rips off a Russian webbie for $1000, the firm doesn't have to worry about a knock on the door from
a) a lawyer
b) some pissed off guy with a gun
while in America, the chances of either/both happening is greater.
I have never approved of the practise of not informing the cheaters and taking their traffic - it seems sick that big firms are happy to make money from the very people they don't want to pay.
