Doing a merger was what I planned 3 years out. 1 company we're talking to now was our original long term merger target and the other is in the hundred mil range and would be a good one also. If it happens now 2 years ahead of schedule I'd be elated.

We'll only do a cash/stock deal so we can continue the ride on it.

I have no problem letting another team take over the day to day operations, its a lot of work and very time consuming from a management standpoint. A lot of my time would be freed up again to do what I enjoy the most which is just domain hunting and doing new venture deals.

We'll see what happens. Price tag is high on the number we're looking for.
