    So i went cloths shopping today

    Ever sence I been on this new diet I have noticed my pants not fitting anymore so i had to get some new ones
    well i wore a size 42 .. yes I am a big guy

    I tried on a 40
    nope to big

    im down to size 38!!!
    i dont have to shop in big and tall section anymore
