It all boils down to how much of the mother's previous exploits the judge allows in. Because other than that the only "witness" to this boy's story is his own brother, quite an uphill battle to base a scase on (if one can be coached the other can be too).

It originally was just a couple when the story broke but the number of lawsuits/attempted lawsuits the mother has been involved in coming to light keeps growing every couple days.
