Florida is used to these types of scams. Happened alot last year with the hurricanes. If this is in anyway suspect the state attorney will go get the guy in NC.

Here's what I think happened and I have already told the police my thoughts.

You seen the girl went missing. In an attempt to profit from this somehow you went to godaddy and aquired the domain names... both of them. Then you built the site. Then you contacted the family and said in a cool I'm not a scammer voice "I have setup a website to help find your little girl"

The police are all over this Dave.

I hope they get you for this one. You've eluded them long enough.

If he's a true scammer, all this would take is someone calling the media and telling them that a well known adult webmaster scammer is running that site. The media would eat that up. They would do more damage than anyone sitting here bitching about it on GFY. And i'm sure with that kind of coverage, law enforcement officials would act real fast.
