Well, I just started my blog. I've looked around at others, and didn't care for the TGP in blog form format, so I'm actually doing some writing for mine (gasp). Gonna post daily, do ultra soft sell, and build bookmarkers first. Might start other blogs on different class c's, cross link, and start outsourcing the writing on a few once I get the tone of the sites down.

I just took a relaxed aproach to my blog as well, lite selling and writing. Another one that will have featured webmasterssoon as well.

I used WordPress. Signed up with a host that had fantastico control panel. Installed in one click. WAY EASY! Took about an hour from domain purchase to 2 days of posts.

Really not that long. I live panties (shoot content/run paysite/affiliate/tgps/ect), so writing about something I know so well isn't very hard at all. I wouldn't suggest starting a blog about a subject you're not into.
