if this is because its the end of feb i thought the sites rebilled at 30 days not at the end of the month so members who joined on 29th jan rebill 1st of march i maybe mistaken though -

For Example:
A signup on February 1, wouldnt rebill until April 3...Comment

under CCBill, when you setup the recurring price, you setup an X amount of DAYS. Usually 30 days.
So the members gets rebilled after 30 days. No matter what day or month it is. After 30 days: bam! rebill.
