he basically TURNED HIMSELF IN, i mean the cops never had a clue who he was, since last month he has just been hyping up the story again so when he was finally caught his "legacy" would be finished.

I can't believe it took them so long to catch this guy. Interesting case, but sad.

He's been hyping the story up for the last year, not just the last month. He's had people scared shitless here...and the only thing that was eating him up was the fact that he wasn't getting credit for what he did.

You are correct in summation only but the true figures are substantially higher. It typically costs taxpayers around $50 a day to house one inmate. So someone sitting in prison for 30-40 years is closer to $500,000 to $700,000 and to put the inmate to death is usually between $3 or $4 million dollars. So it is definitely cheaper to keep them alive and rotting in a cell. The unfortunate thing is they haven't yet connected him with any murders past the time in which the Death Penalty was inacted here. I don't believe the Death Penalty should be handed out freely but in this case I think he should.

I heard on the news tonight that he may have confessed to 3 more murders that we didn't know of. One of them happened after 1994, so IF he's convicted of that murder, he CAN have the death penalty.

That is absolutely true and I hope so but it's only an if for now. I was mainly directing that info towards the person who was stating figures earlier. At least now you know it WASNT the BTK stalking you...

Yeah, they knew the very next day that my stalker wasn't BTK. They took a DNA sample from him the night we caught him. Sure was freaky though! I was supposed to go to trial last week, but my stalker's mother died. So, to be continued... :disgust
