What would you do with this site/service?

    http://www.xbarry.com

it gets traffic ... but it could be better.
What would do with it if you would own it?
Make it a freesite? Make it a banner farm? Make it a picture post?

any other suggestions (i won't delete it... no ) ?

    Interesting concept on presenting galleries.

More traffic? The usual, buy it. Bought traffic can lead to bookmarks.

SEO, hard one to answer. The usual there too. Blackhat. Cloak - and I didn't really mean that.

If you do more to it, you might mess it up? It looks nice and clean now.

I'd drop the registration, looks like your just collecting addresses for spam, I have enough of that....

Have pics lead to pic with ads or a gallery.

Don't basterize it with trades or redirects.

      Good luck.

      Just my

but the focus on "free" traffic would not really lead to good conversion ratios i think.

                Gotcha...

I wonder how many people are still linked? Well, make use of them emails somehow... start your own emali program or just blast what you have.

my own email program. I was thinking about that. Actually i have an email pro from a big mainstream company who would do that for me. So, i would be able to offer 80% email sent with the WM codes.
But i would not be able to offer additional $1-2 per email. So im not sure if webmasters would be interested in a rev-share email program. Most people just go for the quick bucks.

As I, (and I'm sure many others), have experienced the more lucrative long term payouts, I'm guessing there might be more interest than you think. Since you have a base foundation in place, and a pro to help out I think it would be worth at least a shot.
