Many people get upset with me because i put Africa on such a high level. I just tell them that i am glad they see how the rest of the world feels about the U.S.

Even the dumbest US ciitizen, that has NO CLUE about ANYTHING, places this country on the highest platform ever. So why can't i place my homeland on the highest platform? I know that we are poor, have a lot of disease, politically corrupted. Also, we are full of natural resources. Politicians do not allow the money made from natural resources show on the countries and the people. My country, Nigeria, would be a good example of all the stuff i listed. But YET, i put my country on a high platform. Like every country, there are beautiful parts and horrible parts.

There was an article in the paper about how "black-Africans" who immigrated from Africa are far more successful in academics and business than their 'black-American" counterparts.... but then again, most immigrants (from any foriegn country) always try much harder than the locals, hence some of the bitterness/jealousy towards them.
