How the fuck do I encode my html source back to normal now?

I used X-HTML Encoder script (http://www.maturedesign.com/freestuff.html) to encode a html source...the rusult was like: F%69%6E%2E%70%68%70%3F%73......

But how do I get my source code back to normal now???
I don't have a backup of the file and all I see is F%69%6E%2E%70%68%70%3F%73.............

Before I contact the software author, can anyone point me to the script that can decode my html source back?

Lesson is make a backup first. So now you start over with normal HTML coding. I don't know a way back...

Then I hope you didn't pay for that program..

I don't understand the reason for doing it in the first place.. HTML is so simple that anyone can learn it.. Or at least learn to use frontpage or dreamweaver..
And you are throwing away all of the surfers that have their browser set to not run javascript..
