I was always curious about international 2257's... would love to know , anyone got insight on this?SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Ok sorry had to laugh.
So you think just collecting name, address and phone number with a copy of an ID is it?
Do you want to be able to distribute the material or are you just taking pictures and building an address book? May want to cover the whole distribution and rights issues you know.
While you are at it you just may want a contract that is in their native tongue and a completely identical one in english. If they can not understand it when they signed it how would it ever hold up in court if it went there?
May also want two forms of ID not just one. You know to play it safe.
May want to record via video the whole negotiation and contract signing just so that nobody can say you decieved the person and tricked them into signing something they did not understand.
May want them to initial any given clause that is considered one sided while you are at it.
Just a few ideas of course.Comment
