For those little spots use the eraser tool. Set the tool to use a soft brush tho. 5pixels should do well for getting in close enough.

Personally what I do is duplicate the layer, disable the background layer then proceed to cut out the image background from the second layer with the eraser tool set to 5pixels using the soft brush. Once I have the complete outline of the girl done I use the lasso tool to remove the rest. Makes for a really clean job.

Then highlight the entire girl then go 'Select' -> 'Modify' - > 'Contract' and set 2.

Then highlight the girl again and go to 'Select' again -> 'Modify' - > 'Border' and set 2.

Then go to 'Filter' -> ' Blur' -> 'Gausian Blur' and set it to 2.0

This works well in high resolution images. if lower than 900 pixels long I'd use an even smaller eraser brush and maybe even use a solid instead of a soft brush.

Little tip for getting clean lines around curvy body parts such as tits and ass. When using the eraser brush click once, then hold shift and click the next spot. It will make a straight line, do this every 20-25 pixels away and it will appear to be a perfectly curved cut out. If you cut too far and make a point on a curve, just click diagonaly away from the point and across in oposite direction at the other diagonal. Know what I mean? It will smooth out the points.

OOOOOPS

I forgot an important step. After applying the 'Contract' chose the selection tool and right click the selection and click 'Select Inverse' then click the delete key.

Hey guys, try playing with the liquify tool. Move the girls nipples and eyes around then click "reconstruct" pretty cool shit! Just figured that out.
