Steve, read the case I posted. While I agree she can?t directly promote herself as Tawnee Stone (I believe) she can use the name in a biographical sense and because of that she will be able to cash in on some of that goodwill from that name. I know Playboy has some expensive lawyers.

Millions does not put him in a small group of high level affiliate programs.

I know several "small" programs that spend over a quarter of a million dollars every year on CONTENT alone. Marketing, promotions, and affiliate pay is that quarter million several times over.

Steve saying he's spent millions of dollars on this girl is no exaggeration. I'm sure he could pull up a spread sheet that states EXACTLY how much has been spent on marketing Tawnee. Good products are nothing without good marketing. Of course, good products with good marketing create something stellar.

Its a WWE trademark. When Sable left, she tried to use the name 'Sable', but got sued by the WWE. Anyway, we all know she went back to the WWE and probably got paid less than what she was making before.
