that 130K is just last year she has worked for steve since befor I started working for steve and I think she made more money then I did and I was paid very well.

If she was smart she would have been putting and herself though computer classes that would relate to the web so she could then capitalize on building her own sites and take the experience she gained and the money she was paid to do somthing to make more money like Jenna and Danni and Sunny and all the other successfull web girls with a brain have done.

Steve let her go dont pay her a cent just say nevermind you dont care if she shoots for anyone. She will learn real quick how nice you were to her hell you bought everything for every shoot and let her take it all home at the end of the day.

I have been thinking , exclusive that means I guess to work for no one . 24k is kind of tight to live on if you have a house payment. Also you said you offered her $25k for one pov but cant afford to pay her more then 24k for a year. She did get paid but its her face and body that will be all over the net for the rest of her life. A decission she made at 18 very much still a kid. I think the model that really helped you get your business off the ground deserves more then the ones after that. That face was the one that gave your business the edge. I also know there are two sides to every story.
With posting her email here it gives me a feeling:

Sorry but I think she is over-paid already. I see all kind of "hot" girls getting 10X what they are worth. So what she made the company lots of $$, she did nothing but pose. The company did the work, marketing, advertising, promoting, INVESTING, etc... Same goes for many main stream businesses. Just because you made the company a shitload of money doesn't entitle you to it. It is up to the company to pay you what they wish. In this case I would say she made more than a fair amount and then some. If I had never seen her and came across her I would never even consider paying her more than a few hundred a week. Amazing how these girls suddenly feel they are worth their weight in gold.

However, I think she can make more than 2k just doing what she wants to do. While the name is trademarked I am pretty sure she can put right under her new name in small print ?formally known as Tawnee Stone?.

Actually, she can't legally do so considering she holds no rights to the trademark. She would need to get the express permission of the entity, company, or person that holds those rights -- that would be Steve, Steve, & Steve basically.

I think we need to realize that she is probalbly one of the highest paid "content" over the last 4 years. Steve has stated several times that she gets a chunk of sales and she was a lot hotter last or the year before then she is now. Bummer it came to this but this industry is like sports. I am not trying to start a controversy, but you may want to double check with your legal counsel. I think it was Playboy or Penthouse that lost a lawsuit over that issue. I think even though it is trademarked she can still talk about it because it is newsworthy. She can?t call any new site Tawanee Stone or any variation, but theoretically on a site she appeared on it could say something to the effect of Hi, I am (insert new name here) I use to be known as Twanee Stone. That?s over and I am on my own now. Come check out my goods. I think what it boils down to is you can?t keep someone from mentioning what their former employment was. Sorry I'm not being precise enough, but fuck off, I'm not going to post my financials here. Lightspeedcash pays millions to affiliates yearly, plus has a long list of other operational and marketing expenses.

She has been compensated more than fairly, there is no one that will dispute that.
