Try using the iframe with a couple of profiles in it, and wait until you get to 0:500 before giving up on them - signups usually come in clusters.

if Adult Action Cash doesnt convert for you, nothing else will. maybe you should try a different type of sponsor like Spa Cash, they've got geo ads as well.
