Ok, with our softcore and solo sites background we would usually open a site with about 15 sets and around 10 videos then move forward with updates.
Starting production on our first hardcore reality site and I'm trying to put together a realistic estimate of the startup capitol needed.
So the questions are how many scenes is acceptable to release, how frequent should updates be, and how long should the final edited scene be(20min-30min)?
Want to make sure this is not done half assed.

i don't have any experience in the reality site section of this industry, but i would say its would be nice to offer your members at least 5 different episodes.

No point in doing any more than that because your concept might flop

Ok cool, so far that's nice to hear, so figure somewhere around 8 scenes to start.
Input on frequency of updates, weekly or biweekly?

10-12 is good I guess . 15 is better .
