do you get eyestrain from staring into your computer all day??

well i just started computer school and i have learned the solution

change the refresh rate of your monitor to above 72 hertz

control panel> display> settings> advanced> monitor.
hope this helps some of you, if not sorry for wasting your time.

I use 75hz and never have a problem until hour number 20.

Well, I don't think so... I just catch 'em as I check... usually hit the first couple of threads at the top... especially if they are new. Believe it or not, I actually don't live on this BBS, but I do check it quite frequently since I'm workin' graphic details all day... my eyes need some frequent breaks from +2200 magnification.... and I smoke alot.
