6-10 cups of nestle chocolate pudding per day
2 ramen noodle servings with tabasco

MAYBE a dinner at a really nice place

every day, the same thing...

compared to what i used to eat:

2 bowls cereal per day, 4 TV dinners, some Italian pasta/raviolis, some entenmann's cake (half a cake), sodas

has my diet gotten worse?

Damn, that's a lot of carbs. I feel you though, carbs are HARD to give up. I'm still on the South Beach diet thing and I still have cravings for a nice slab of chocolate cake at least twice a day LOL
