wireless problems ...HELP

Ok ..about a week ago i set up a wireless camera in my sons room ...he's starting to turn over and can't turn back sometimes ... the camera is great ..i have it hooked to a portable DVD player with a flip up 8" screen on my wife's side of the bed .... when she hears him she just flips up the flat panel and wallah she can see if he's ok ...... But here is the problem ..it seems that it is fucking up my wireless router ... every time it's on i lose connection ..i can see the router but no INTERNET ....then i unplug it and reset the router and it works ..i don't want to get rid of the camera but i work 100% wireless at home..has this happen to anyone else and is there a way to fix it ..?

How did you setup the camera? Did you assign it a static IP address?

no it's a security camera .. just plug it in ..it has 3 channels (I've tried them all) and then there is a receiver that plugs right into the input on any TV .... it's not like a web cam ..just a wireless security cam ..

ya ..i'll work around it ...but it sucks ... i use the camera mostly at night when we're in bed ...i have the sound monitor on now and the camera unplugged ..before i go to bed I'll hook it up and then unhook it when i need to go on-line tomorrow when i get home from the office ...no big deal ..i raised one without a camera ... it's just weird to me .. that it fucks up the router ..

My old router conflicted with mywireless phone and made it crackle and pop on both ends when i would use one of the other
