    the problem is that every webmaster now starts a thread with some "free pics" and "free porn links" for those surfers

                          I think the problem is forcing anyone that wants to view the board to reg.

                          Before "surfers" would do just that... surf. Now that they are regged, it's a lot easier for them to fire off stupid shit all over the place.
