A view of the Pacific as storms roll in from the south. San Diego looks to be getting slammed right now.

Over the Pacific, now looking North towards Long Beach and Manhattan Beach. You can see the storms making landfall. Newport Beach is in a break between the north and south. The beaches are filled with those of us walking dogs and peeking out over the ocean in the few moments before the next storm hits.

Last week's surf just after dawn before the storms rolled in. The ocean is calm. I thought it would be sunny all day. I was wrong.

Tonight, just before another wave of storms comes in. This is a short break.

Actually, that is exactly off the 15. In fact, it is very close to Nevada...possibly Nevada, but I think I had crossed by then.
