As I have said before the banner pics banner aproache does not work anymore.. think of a new way to make your galleries look... a strange layout with test in strange places so the surfer can not ignore your ads/

As of right now most surfers are so used to the layout they don't even look at ad's just like on free hosts!

Also not so much text.. just key words that pop out.

How about traffic guys how much are you getting daily and what percent is clicking your sponsors? Ive been using gass for 2 days but not as many sponsor clicks like I get using russian submitter.

Naaa, licenced content is so expensive. Hardcore pics even expensive then softcore. Many sponsors don't gave hardcore freecontent etc.

I think TGP posting is dead, making money is kinda hard.

if u want russian submitter i suggest ya go for it.. its worth it.. i bought my copy a while ago.. and i have been using it nearly everday it brings about 100k hits a day average now.. i cant tell u how much clicks it generate since it depends on your layout..
i suggest ya manually submit to big tgp and leave the russian submiter to do the dirty work for other tgps

Here's my notes on your galleries

Gallery 1 -- came up as Page not found

Gallery 2 -- Good move on the banner and text near the center and the 3 larger pics on the top. However, the background probably takes away from the impact. My suggestion is to lose the background graphic, embed the banner and text into an HTML color box and use a differing color for the background for the rest of the page. Use bold for the lower text.

Let me know how this affects your ratio, should you take this advise.

Gallery 3: Good Strategy of splitting up the sales portions of the webpage into two polar sections [top and bottom]. However, the surfer basically gets to feast on the center and can be done with the gallery. Let's break this up by putting an odd shaped [125 X 125?] banner with text on top and below the banner. Best "middle layout" approach will probably be to use 1 graphic of the girl, and 4 clusters of text spelling out the following:

1) What will users see at the pay site?
2) How will they see it? [describe features]
3) How will they pay [focus on No Credit Card needed, etc if the site supports online check etc]
4) What do they need to do to get to the content?

Another tip--testimonials work pretty good [not as good for porn sites as for penis/medical products]

The pictures look good but sometimes "series" pics get and keep the surfer's attention better.

Use larger text, don't underline everything--it takes away from the general impact of your sales pitch. Since there are a lot of voyeur stuff out there already, DESCRIBE to the surfer what the value add of your site is. End the pitch portion with the word FREE -- but qualify it eg. "100% Free!" Also, people get off on the phrase "No Credit Card Required"
Also, compose the text the following way--
Head Teaser to get the surfer's attention
e.g. "Housewife BlowJobs" "Next Door Teen Nudity" or something like that ... make it DRAMATIC. Use the body text to DESCRIBE not just say what you have... end the text with a call to action--the surfer is clearly instructed that they must DO something.

If you choose to follow these changes please report back with the effects on your conversion.

Cool gallery. I like the layout. You may want to alter the central graphic though. Since we already have softcore surrounding it, you may want to have a "cluster" of photos with differing degrees of rawness--start of with nude shots of differing types of girls the site offers. Show not just Goth girls but raver chicks, etc. Then have 1 or 2 graphics showing oral or hard sex. Just enough to give the surfer the idea that there is FUCKIN in that website not just another iteration of softcore poses.

As for your text, be DRAMATIC...that's the whole idea of Goth--to be in your face, so be in your face with the text. What do these goth/raver chicks do? Don't just list your content--you already did that with your graphic, describe what do they do? what else do you have? live feeds? which kind, what's in it? interactive chat?

Once again, should you decide to use these suggestions, please post a report on the changes to your conversions.

Gallery 1: Your text describes what the user can already see--the gallery... get him/her excited about THE SITE, not the gallery. My suggestion, start out with a sentence listing what you have --squirters, big breasts, pregnancy, whatever... Next text block, describe what other pictures have... cock sucking, hard fucking, tit squirting... GET RAW, GET NASTY in your text. REmember you're selling your WHOLE library of pics not just this gallery. 3rd block of text Zero in on the sale -- CLick Here to Join Today.

One way to Filter out nonserious surfers is to spell out that the service is NOT free--spell out the price, e.g. Only $2.95 etc

Re Gallery 2 and 3 -- Try breaking up your galleries into 3 parts--the head, the body, and the footer.

In the head, use a title that gets the surfer turned on e.g. "Squirting Tits" or "Milk Gushing Jugs!" in bold big text with smaller descriptive text below it.

In the body, use nasty text to tell the user what your site offers, be as nasty as you can. Make sure you put a link here so they can buy here if they wish.

In the footer, pull out all the stops on this one, just go crazy with the text. This is your last chance to convert the surfer.

You may want to split your table either with a large text space to the left or to the right or in the center. The way the gallery is laid out, it screams out THIS IS FREE!!!! It has an "archive" feel to it that does not tie it to your sponsor.

First of all, let me congratulate you. You obviously know what you're doing. The picture selection is great. The placement of the banner with surrounding text is superb.

Here's just my opinions re possible improvements:
Great series but don't show the penetration shots...the point is to get the surfer horny for the girl, showing her taking pole kinda defeats the purpose. Pics of kissing or intense "fuck me" looks is good.

The choice of the flashing gif showing oral is great since it fits the theme of the gallery. Text needs to be stronger -- give a little bio of the chick "slutty college girl..." "innocent blonde...etc"
Describe the value add of the site --what do you offer? Describe the features in short but very graphic sentences.

Lose the "outrageous" sentence... the word "outrageous" is vague... Show us what's so outrageous? Does she lick cum off the floor? Tossing salad,etc?

Overall a kick ass gallery since it has on point theme, has that "looking in your eye" sexiness to it, also, except for the penetration shots, very very teasing.

Let us know how the conversions rack up should you modify the gallery.

This is an OLD gallery I consulted on--it's a friend's [I don't use Terra or freehosts]--concept/layout is not original, but the text is original.

My critique of it -- can use differing pointing arrows, use a head shot of the girl
looking straight at the user. Personalize it with name, age, location, hobbies. Also
don't hardcode dimensions to the thumbs so the thumbs look better.

The answer to your question comes in a singular word: CONVERSION.

I guess a lot of us webmasters got spoiled back in 1997 when you just post a flashing gif right next to grainy photos ripped from alt.binaries.pictures.erotica.interracial
and walk away with weekly takings of $3K or more.

Those days are over [SADLY] and we've gone back to basics--advertising principles, thinking through design and layout, experimenting with differing types of messaging. With these techniques, TGP can, and does, still yield $.

In a way, the online porn industry is experiencing its own version of a market shakeout and consolidation. High newbie turnover but still a lot of new ideas and niches popping up. Kinda like the fast food industry in the 70's -- huge shakeouts but hey you still see new franchise chains appearing.

I guess the 404 problem was fixed, Im able to see the gallery now. Nice layout--good organization pushing the user to look at the marketing message near the center of the page. Here's some suggestions:

Focus on one sponsor -- you have BOB and ARS' ebony on ivory on your gallery... unify your message to focus on the offerings of 1 sponsor. By concentrating on one sponsor you can list out, in graphic and descriptive terms, WHY the user should click and buy.
Use "secret sauce" language like -- Never before seen movies of tender young White Girls getting their assholes ripped open by huge black dicks." or something like that...
As Richard Prior said "GET RAW!"

A lot of the times, when I am designing a gallery I write out my ideas of what the sponsor site has and write down descriptive words. I then narrow and shorten the list until I have Short Choppy and Direct text. I then format this to fit the gallery.

Another idea is to tell a quick story about the girl, make up bullshit bio info, and end with a quick but nasty description of what she does at the site. Also, in the messaging area surrounded by the thumbs, you may want to use a provocative picture of the girls face over Text title like "I love Black Dick" to make it personalized.

Just suggestions, let me know how it goes.

Your sexysmokers gallery brings to mind the challenges of designing galleries that appear on freehosts. Freehosts' header and footer advertising sometimes throws off the marketing focus you try build in the gallery itself. One approach is to use a table background color field that "centers" the users attention to the gallery and its marketing message. Another approach, as your gallery shows is to use a title field [graphical or text]. My suggestion is to "enclose" the gallery into a table with a two tone color -- one for table background and one for cells. This should "cut out" or separate the gallery from the rest of the page and its freehost ads.

You have good text but I would extend it more. Write out the reasons you think [or your research has shown] why people like women who smoke? List these reasons out... e.g. mysterious, sophisticated, sultry, glamorous, etc and weave it to your description of the girl and the site. Or, as you have already done, expand on the analogy between smoking and oral sex, tell a story, pretend that the girl on the gallery is on a phonesex line...what would she say about smoking to get the customer off?
