It means that it has very little traffic, probably significantly less than 1k per day.

Probably less than 1k/month, but there is no way to actually determine this. IIRC, Alexa only tracks the number of views by people using their toolbar.

Second one means it barely gets any traffic also. A decent number is going to be 80,000 or less... a good one 40,000 or less and great ones 6,000 or less...
