That auction can't possibly be legit that "company" selling the car is in california and the car and that picture are in Alpharetta, Georgia..... That's the ferrari of atlanta dealership in alpharetta on highway 9

errr.. you mean a v12 vanquish? as far as I know there's a db7 and a vanquish, they're two separate items.

on a different note... not related to the aston martin, I bet that sale wouldn't even be honored by the state. most places have laws that cars must be purchases for Fair market value, to prevent people from using fraud to avoid taxes

The fair market value applies to the taxes you have to pay when you register the car in your state. You could have bought it for $210.00 but your state can charge you a tax rate based on what the car is worth. They can't void the sale because you made a mint.
