Say you were working for a company and obtained a partner account in your own name but on company time, then after leaving the company continued using the partner account for your own purposes... would this be theft?

this sounds like some of those screwed up submission services out of canada, where every employee applies for a submit account allegedly in their own name, but actually for the company...Originally posted by SmutGiant
