				Don't ever buy anything expensive from Future Shop... Ever.
			 So I bought the Logitech Momo racing wheel about a month ago and it was fine for three weeks.  I payed 150 CDN for it and then like 39 for 2 year warranty.  One night I was getting ready to play some Richard Burns Rally, looking forward to careening off the road into the forest killing my driver in the process.  So I'm tightening the clamp on the wheel and hear a huge crack, then another.  The whole clamping mechanism snapped right off and landed on my foot (I should sue for emotional damage.)  So I took the wheel back today, expecting no hassles seeing as I shelled out an extra 40 bucks for the warranty.  This is where it gets good.  The woman asks what happened, I explained the clamping mechanism failed.  She looked over the wheel, looked at me, and said, "We'll replace it this time but no more, this has been mistreated".   I've never been closer to causing a scene in public in my entire fucking life. Not only do I pay just under 200 bucks for a steering wheel to enjoy my racing games, I also get accused of mistreating the wheel, causing the damage to it myself. Now I can't remember the last time I broke something, either by accident or on purpose, so fuck them. So here's the kicker, I get back home with the wheel and decide to load up GTR. I go to clamp my new wheel back to the table, and notice the screw that actually tightens the wheel to the table is no where to be found. Not only did they cheap out and not give me the new wheel in the box, they also didn't give me all the parts required to actually use the wheel. Okay, so never buy anything from the Future Shop, unless its games or movies. Their customer service sucks, their website sucks, their faces suck, and you all suck. Good day. </vent>

				 | You should have caused a scene at the store. They really don't know how to handle it - they keep calling the next level up in seniority and if you were lucky the provincial manager would have been on the horn promising you a full refund. But I'm curious, what did you expect from a store like Future Shop? |
