I feel stupid because I honestly have no idea, drugs have never been my area of expertise. I'm assuming its a measurement of some sort? How much is it, how much does it cost, and how long does it usually last the typical user?

3.5 grams of coke, should weigh 4.0 with the bag.. coke usually comes in half of a baggy, full baggies weigh 1.0 grams, coke baggies usually equate to 0.5 grams. if the whole thing weighs 3.5 it's really only 3 grams of coke.

uhhh usually comes in flaps.... the only people that use baggies are the ones that sell crack as well so they can put it in their mouth if they get pulled over and swallow
