Ibill Rebill News.
Important News Regarding Rebills
Posed by Ibill on December 3, 2001 Dear Clients, As you are aware, iBill experienced a problem processing recurring transactions. The problem was first identified on Wednesday, November 28, 2001. After consulting with our technical staff, it appeared that there was an issue with the banking network. The problem persisted until the morning of Thursday, November 29th. The recurring transactions that iBill was unable to process, were subsequently processed in accordance with our normal processing cycle. The current status is that all recurring transactions from the 28th, 29th and 30th were processed and posted to your account as required by the morning of Saturday, December 1, 2001. However, from a reporting perspective, all recurring transactions are still not visible to you in iBill?s on-line reporting tool, CMI. Nevertheless, these transactions have been processed and credited to your account; they are just not visible in the reporting database that CMI utilizes. The issue with CMI has been identified and is being resolved by our technical staff. We expect that this problem should be rectified and all transactions should be visible in CMI by 5:00PM EST Tuesday, December 4, 2001.Please rest assured that iBill?s mission is to work with our clients to effectively process Internet based transactions. All recurring transactions have been processed accordingly and you will be able to verify this on December 4, 2001. Payouts will also be made based on the volume of transactions that were processed and not the limited amount of transaction data currently available to you in CMI. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don?t hesitate to contact us. iBill Management That was just taken from the oxcash news.. just thought if that was not posted it would be a good thing to know ![]() |
