It's called K-Meleon (shit name) http://kmeleon.sourceforge.net/

It uses the Gecko rendering engine (same as Mozilla Firefox), hence all pages are loaded up the same as Firefox. The reason it's faster is because it doesn't use the XUL shit from Mozilla.

Drawbacks are it lacks some of Firefox's features and it's interface is a bit of a mess.

P.S. If you use this or Firefox, make sure to use these tweaks via about:config in the URL bar:

Last time I went to download.com it was as popular as Maxthon (ex MyIE). It has a few minor bugs, but the speed of this browser will make you cum in your pants ;)
