CCBill check problem, Anyone else or am I just unlucky?

Ok got two ccbill checks today that are both lets say uncashable.
How can I put this.
The check tear off portion (the part with the back that is where you sign and does not say THIS PORTION NON-NEGOTIABLE on it) has my stats and such on it.
The actual pay to the order part, the pay x amount of dollars, all of that is in the white area with all of the non-negotiable material all over the back of it.

Now not just one of the checks but both are that way. The check numbers are not consecutive so I would guess I am not the only one. Just well this sucks. I just payed for a part of my remodel and told them to not cash the check until monday knowing I would get my money yesterday or today.

I am sure ccbill will fix this asap. This is just more of a heads up to you all incase you do not pay attention, sign and deposit something that may not be cashable and end up with a bank error costing you money.

off to call ccbill.

That was the problem. Just know there is other people between my two check numbers so hopefully they will catch them.

Mine ussually arrive on thursday like clockwork unless there is a Monday holiday. Got it today though, just not usable.

I never go over budget but this time I had no choice. Contractor was due on Thur. knew I would have check Thur or Fri at worst. I am just cursed I tell ya.
So now I got to move money out of ING to checking and hope it gets there before contractor cashes it. Really do not want to piss off the first good reliable honest contractor I have ever found.

I was literally in the banks drive up atm area, filing out my deposit forms (one is for business account 1 for personal) had already signed the detachable portions and all that. When I went to add the pay period to my register I then noticed the mess up. If I had not looked at that part I would of just deposited something of no use and been non the wiser.

Just return it and they will re-issue.
