I am seeking a graphic designer (not an in-house position) to work on a flat fee basis. this is more than likely an outsourcing type of situation. i want to pay a reasonable monthly fee.

for the time being.....

i need banners made
a few tours created
site design
etc
etc

basically want to bring someone on a month to month basis to handle designing creatives and promo materials as needed.

i understand that there are many types and levels of designers.

SPAM AWAY. PLEASE SHOW EXAMPLES OF YOUR WORK.

this is a very competitive field and price is always a consideration.

didnt necessarily ask for out sourcing. alot of shakeout here lately im sure theres some designers looking for work that got fucked in some of those deals.

not looking for an outsourcing company, my post was basically to assure anyone who applies that i will check up on people before i work with anyone. i've been around a few weeks in this biz.
