Well, I personally really like CEN's. Fast, don't have to pick a bunch of options, (none actually), and very easy to read in a second. Just log in, hit the stats button, and whammo!... stats for all their sites, layed out nice and neat. Raws, Uniques, Joins, & Cash. In & out in a minute.
Where as some other programs, ya gotta hunt around, select this month, or that time period, and check boxes here for this and that... some even make ya log in twice... too much aggravation... with a whole list of sites to go through and check stats... speed and ease of use is prime. |

I think adult.com should launch a amateur/teen site ... with real amateurs, movies ect.. this is what the surfers love right now and if you can make a good converting site it would do very well.

Personally, I prefer any sponsor w/ stats the report the refferring page where the sale came from. Not a lot of sponsors offer that & I think that's very important.

ARS and Cybererotica of the ones I am in. I love the detail you can get from ClickCash, but it is pretty ugly. I liked Gammae's when I was with them - the old style over their new style.
Combine the simplicity and layout of Gammae with the detail/counters from click cash and it would be perfect. Oh, and the reason I like ARS is because they show you where a sale came from if possible. CyberErotica is nice as they let you assign subcounters, show you refering urls, and have a little graph that turns blue on the hours you have made a sale. ------------------ TopBucks.com - Converting at better than 1:130 David Lace Content - Highest Quality Teen Content ConversionCash.com - Make Money off your WebTV Traffic [This message has been edited by Chris R (edited 12-01-2001).] |

I'm not a great fan of sponsors that handle their own stats... I prefer third party, and as far as I'm aware... so do most people.
http://cmi.ibill.com/cgi-win/ccard/cmi.exe Hehehe.... Seriously, I like CTC. If you Adult.Com guys are planning a per signup program, then please don't go with the same stats thingie as TopBucks / Platinum Bucks / True Cash, 'cause that stats thingie sucks fucking ass. For sponsors that provide their own - - CEN is nice. |

I'm starting to hate all my stats pages...
good stats... 1. easy to bookmark and check -- don't make me enter idcodes and passwords every damn time... 2. referer stats with unlimited tracking codes!!!! Not just A-Z -- give me a-z, A-Z, 1-10000... this would be a dream come true for a lot of webmasters -- so we can see which sites are sending us the sales! That's it. Fuck uniques, raws -- all that shit I can track myself. Just show me the money and where it came from. ------------------ <A HREF="http://www.thefly.net/topfly.html" TARGET=_blank> ![]() |

ctc is nice because you can bookmark the page and you can see the referrers (although this is mostly useless info to me because most of my traffic comes from just a few URL's)
-- lately ctc is asking me for my password every damn time -- I'm wondering what the problem is... ------------------ <A HREF="http://www.thefly.net/topfly.html" TARGET=_blank> ![]() |

Third party makes for great advertising if you got something to hide, and comfort for the webmaster if you got trust issues. I have zero problems with programs like CEN running their own stats. As long as it's fast, simple, and reliable. (which it is)... They are on top of the game.

Anyway I'm not saying that AP shaves -- I know they run an honest program and I've been using AP's click program non-stop for years -- I'm just saying that you should look at your bottom line -- the size of your monthly paycheck -- and not worry so much about the importance of "3rd" party stats -- don't be silly and imagine that a 3rd party is really impartial.

actually, I don't have stats that I really like..
I mean, I ONLY have stats that I hate... I will not love any, because once I get what I look for fast, I'm happy... it's what it should be, they delivered... question ends there. it's only when I have to click a fuckin zillion things to get to see what I made in a month with that sponsor to enter in my excel sheet , then I get angry.. (ahem silvercash /smutcash system SUX) really... what I care is the ability to get an easy report of monthly stats... weekly stats, period stats... you know, just a pull down for MONTH, PERIOD , or From____to___ that's a must.. another thing... when you see you got XX sales for the day... the ability to see where it comes from at a glimpse... so far, I think oxcash does a great job with that..(with a major problem though) they have the Today/yesterday/this week/this month easy at the top.. then tables with each site's stats.. the all but what is COOL, is that it,s by refferer stats.. you got the talbe with refferer url, # of hits, uniques, signups, ratio.. as simple as that.. should they have the same, but with trials / membership / rebill instead of just signup, it would be perfect I guess.. |

I guess I'm just for the ease of view..
having to click 5 times to go from Total of today ---> today's hits by site ---> today's sites signups ---> today's refferer is just a bit useless to me, although it has the same thing (i.e ARS/Gamma) |

fatpockets' stats are not bad. at least you can see which sites(exact URL's) are sending you the sales...
[off topic] plus there's an email notification thingy which is a must for affiliate programs... use an email addy that can forward a message as sms to your cell phone and get a new sale notification even if your having sex with the loved one ![]() ------------------

How many of you wish that Topbucks would get rid of that stupid pie graph and money total part of the stats page and replaced it with sale referrals?
I mean..duh, we know what program we're in. - Gee, I'm in the $40 per signup one..if I get 10 signups this week..how much did I make? Damn..I wish there was a thingy that calculates how much I made. 40 X 10 is too hard. - And if I made 3 sales from iteens, 2 from apie and 5 from pg...I wonder what a pie graph of 50%,30%,20% looks like.. ------ If CTC, TopBucks, & PayCounter would get together and make a stats page.. THAT would rock. |

unfed... I wouldn't like getting 20-100 mails spam a day everytime I get a signup, thank you
![]() now, I might not be making 20-100 signups a day everyday, but still... more than 5 e-mails a day for signup would still piss me off. |

Here is my routine with Ibill... pull up ibill bookmark type in username type in password click submit wait click goto accounting type in new date click submit wait with CTC I just click the bookmark and I'm finished! |

Other "shaving tools" :

Here's another quote off that page:
"Choose between unique IP logs for each account or one single log for all accounts." The larger IP log will obviously count less uniques... the more frequently the IP log is reset -- the more "uniques" you will get out of the same sample of traffic. ------------------ <A HREF="http://www.thefly.net/topfly.html" TARGET=_blank> ![]() |

Discarding no referrer is not shaving, nor is IP banning. You can hardly shave by banning one IP at a time!

Also I think the "no-referrer" is shaving -- because there's still a significant number of surfers that surf with referrers and/or javascript turned off... Just the fact that these are options at all means something -- why would they be options in CTC if they didn't affect the number of counted unique clickthroughs. From what I have read about ctc in the past -- if there are any changes made by the program, ctc will send out an email to all the webmasters in the program -- a sort of notification -- this is supposed to keep the ctc program honest... I'm not sure if this "feature" is still included in ctc -- but in any case -- if the program is tested and the acceptable amount of shaving is fixed before the program is launched -- then there will never be a need to notify the webmasters of changes to these settings. Most webmasters don't even understand what an IP Log is anyway. Dumb asses. ------------------ <A HREF="http://www.thefly.net/topfly.html" TARGET=_blank> ![]() |

FYI, nobody counts second page uniques to make their conversion ratios look better. The programs that count second page uniques also have (or had) per click programs and traffic from both programs goes to the same page. And everyone knows that per click proggies pay on second page hits.
Why is everyone always so quick to flame sponsors? I like Oxcash stats, but I guess they're very similar to CTC stats. They give you all of your referring urls and also which urls the signups came from. That's a big plus for gallery builders because we can check the pages that are getting all of the signups and see which recips are on that page. When you know which traffic sources are the most productive it makes life a lot easier. Ok, first Wizzo asks us about a "your own paysite" kind of program, and now you ask who has the best stats. Wonder what the Lensmeister has up his sleeve? ------------------ 90% of this business is half mental. |

It's all moot anyway though -- because anyone that knows how to program software to track uniques -- and has actually analyzed traffic -- knows that the word "uniques" is almost meaningless -- it is just an *estimation* -- my sites don't even track uniques -- because it is a meaningless indicator -- and any programmer in the world will agree with me that there's no standard definition for what a "unique" really is. This is why CTC allows you to configure settings like IP logs, no-referrers, etc... ------------------ <A HREF="http://www.thefly.net/topfly.html" TARGET=_blank> ![]() |

FlashCash by FAR has the best stats....
why, because it tells me useful shiznit...ie "Exactly" where my signups are coming from, no guessing, no 'lost data bs'....I see exactly how many hits are coming through on exactly what urls and pages..... Why is that the best? Simple, I can replicate success.....most programs stats pages have 'fair' referral tracking at best. That's my 2.5 cents... ![]() ------------------ ...type-atcha-later, TheJ |

OX CASH.
Hands Down. They have great preferences. You can choose ibill or ccbill on the fly, you can check your stats with their stats page or Ibill-ccbills stats site. And you can choose if you want a exit popup or not, how many, and what you want the pop up to go to. You can choose a traditional exit popup to go to another look of the site, one of their other sites, or even to the url of your choice. I personaly like to have the pop-up send back to my main site or one of my other sites. It its real real nice. By far has the best stats and preferences page. You can also get urls to gallery of the day for any of thier sites, pic of the day, and some other promotional shit. If onky they had a strong program to push they would be as good as AP. But they dont. [This message has been edited by boneprone (edited 12-02-2001).] |

I hate IBill's stats, mainly because it's slow and that terrible background image makes the page reload 3 times... BTW, if you don't want to type in your usernames/passwords, you can bookmark a URL like this:
http://cmi.ibill.com/cgi-win/ccard/cmi.exe?username=YOUR_USERNAME&password=YOUR_PASSW ORD&reqtype=CMIMainMenu I like some of the features of Cashtour's stats, but it's a little cluttered. Erasercash is much better, IMO. I think everyone agrees that PayCounter has a great, simple, clean interface. If a partner program could implement that kind of ease-of-use and still have really good reporting and features, it would rock. ------------------ SlutBunnies - $30/sale, bitch. |

not the same type of site! oxcash deal more in Exclusive TYPES of sites... bangbus... not like anything else.. I dunno, I'm doing pretty well with them signup wize... will see how they convert next week from trial to full, but they do good with me... and do good with others.. |

AP conerts waaaay better than oxcash.
Its just that OX cash gives away a lot more content so for some people who dont have content this may make it a bit more user friendly. But in general AP conerts better with just one single link. |
