Discuss: What kind of content are surfers looking for???

What are the favourite niches for the future, what kind of content is needed, what kind of content do you want to buy for your paysites (and maybe can't find anywhere), what does the crowd of paying users want to see (and will pay for then)?
Are there any niches dying (dying?)?
    Ehm, let's say straight porn.
