How much did ya get the condo for and how long ago? I been looking at condos in La jolla but it seems way too expensive for me

it is expensive got it 3.5 years ago for 260

now its 450 easily... 2 bedroom 2 bth

450 is still not that bad. I heard they were converting alot of apts into condo units and selling them. Saw some new condos for sale too but haven't checked it out lately

yah... 450 is like what i got appraisal 1year ago im betting its closer to 500 now
