WTF!! Paycom has lost its merchant bank?!?! ANOTHER iBILL!?

Uhhhh, I've received a number of calls this morning telling me this.

Is this true?! Can anyone confirm?

ALSO, the CEO, Mallik, has left the company and is running now?

$1.5m has been fined to teh company and they have no more cash? Does that mean we do not get paid?

Someone please tell me it isn't true. Or if it is, more details please! I have $2,000 bucks that is owed to me! Not a lot of money, but it is to me...

There is so much intentional mis-information on GFY these days its approaching the legal liability level for Lens.

I hope he starts waking up to this fact and starts taking the appropriate action and some responsibility for things posted on his board.

Oh for Gods sake. I have talked to Clay personally and they have not lost their merchant account, Mallick is not running anywhere, and I will go and ride my bike over to their offices to see if the repo man is there yet.

What a stupid thread.

Just because there is a change in management does not mean a company is going out of business.

Paycom merchant processing remains in good standing and there have been no fines.

These are nothing but rumors and are simply untrue.

I think Paycom should have expected a few nervous reactions concidering the current climate and the situation with IBill.

No-one likes change and Paycom have been ambling along very nicley with very few dramas in the past

No argument from me at all on that one. When I spoke with Clay on the phone we discussed that very thing.

However - that is where the similarities end. Paycom hasn't been sold, sold again, missed any payments in years, or given people nothing but a string of excuses a mile long for not paying them.

I've said this for the last year or so, if I were looking for a third party solution, I'd get accounts with Paycom and with CCBill.

I would do the same today.

KK I have a feeling the person that posted this isn't making this out of Chris leaving. I'm pretty sure they were called and told this. Somebody has it out for paycom and is telling people the sky is falling there.

I dont think thats true because I belong to a bunch of serious videography boards. You write off topic you are bounced, you write about anything doesnt have to do with videography you are gone. If this thread is a caseof some one yelling fire in a crowded building it should be deleted but this board has no monitoring really so what do you expect lol

My main question is, why would Chris Mallick leave as CEO?

I'm pretty sure the $1.5m fine is true. Well, I guess we'll have to wait for the press release...

I have it on reliable authority that there were no fines.

You can read the story here: http://xbiz.com/news_piece.php?id=7500

We'll be posting factual updates throughout the day and as the story progresses.

That story says NOTHING about a $1,500,000 fine. Which is good, right? No news is good news.

Because there wasn't one. ANY news of 'shakeups' at a prominent billing company are bound to be exaggerated and rife with fear and speculation, as well as outright bullshit from those with their own agenda.

Posts like thsi should lead to lawsuits. When threads like this other companies drop everything, have meetings, and in some cases make changes. Imagine if Paycom lost $30k a day because a single company pulled their business from them because of a thread like this.

If Kimmy Kim is saying it's not true, I believe her. KK would never lie about such a thing.
