On a side note: The Kyoto Accord is supposed to be implemented gradually and as long it is done very slowly, I can see the US joining it in the near future (probably near the end of Asswipe's term)

If global warming existed then I am sure the US would step up.

Let me restate that - If Global warming existed and was caused by humans. So, there has been a 1 degree increase in temperature since we have been keeping track. So fucking what. It is estimated that the Ozone layer contracts and expands and probably has little to do with human intervention.

The earth was here before we got here, it will be here after we leave. We can study all we want, but the truth is that we have little impact or say about anything involved.

Off to the democrat message boards.

Make a sign and stand outside the whitehouse. Make a fake documentary about it. All I'm saying is that we need to all get together and show that we are non -conformists.

No multi trillion dollar economy is going to plunge itself into economic darkness and financial ruin just because countries who matter less in the game of global economics can more easily comply... or did you think there was no cost of compliance?

The fact that the US isn't involved gives the ignorant political minds on message boards everywhere the opportunity to bitch and moan and belive they are intellectually superior.

There sure ain't one single piece of research/survey produced so far to begin to support your absurd post - this shows the complete opposite. Tho I'd expect you to argue black is white anyway.

Are you going to argue that 5% of the world's population in the US have entitlement to use around 25% of the planet's resources next??

You are amazingly ignorant of the "overwhelming majority of the countries on this earth" King - ya just demonstrated that very well.

Pointless .. I got better shit to do.

Pig shit...as is SOP for you.

lmfao, as long as believing that helps you sleep better at night. I guess if spent uranium shells killed and deformed people and destroyed habitats, they wouldn't use it. :helpme

Being blind is easy, it's that thinking thing that gives Americans headaches.

Spoon feed European....... there is evidence both ways. Your belief that it does exists is just as valid as his that it doesn?t....... Oh and the Amtrak thing, 1.2 Billion a year for something we don?t need. Time to go, if it were that desired they could support themselves. It?s called a free market....... not socialist.

Agree Rich - The level of utter stupidly and ignorance in this thread is something below a level a shrink would say was sane. :)

It's even embarassing reading the shit... I'm out! :thumbsup

PS:
And... the earth is flat and global warming does not exist - ya first learned that fact on GFY.

You are very righteous aren?t you? Open your mind to other possibilities and you might learn something. There are many valid points made that you address as "utter stupidly" and "ignorance". You share the same characteristics, just on the other side of the spectrum.

He lives in a fantasy land (Webbyland) where all good little Webbies hate the USA. So if anyone that is American...no matter what their credentials...they are automatically wrong/evil in all little Webbie's eyes.

A smart educated decision will be to do something now, because later it will be even more expensive.

Very true. Especially in the Islamic world.

What about those that actually get here and still think USA is evil?

I personally think Bush is a fucktard and a lost case. Thank God 2 terms is max.

spunkmaster 02-16-2005 07:25 PM

"Because most of the pollution comes from US. Its that simple."

If you look at the history of C02 emissions around the world the last 100
years you see the USA has drastically reduced C02 emissions while many
parts of the world have increased emissions.

Without any Kyoto the USA will be one of the cleanest gas/pollution countries
in the world through technology and Eastern Europe, South America and a few
other areas will be spitting out pollution like the US was 30 years ago.
