ya i used it for a while and still have some around, it makes yr heart rate rise very quickly and if you dont work out youll get pains, you need to burn the energy off that it gives you or else you have to much of it. also its illegal to purchase now in the US so make sure your not getting ripped off, But i do recomend it if you wanna loose weight fastComment

Update: I was about 400 lbs, went down to about 220 at one point. Put on 15 lbs or so in the past few months.

I hear Hoodia is good now. It's been all over the news. Stay away from Ephedrine, there is a reason the FDA banned it.

From all the reading I did, it is recommended you do 25mg of Ephedrine, and 200mg of Caffiene in the morning, and thats it. The more your body gets used to it, the more fat you will burn. Lots of the trouble from it comes from doing more than 25mg a day.Comment

I used a product called Proenzi 99 off and on for a long time..maybe four or five years. The product packaging was updated several times while on the market, and it was said in the end that was because the first few packages didn't label it's contents of ephedrine. I can't say that I experienced EXTREME heart palpitations, but I did get mild heart palpitations. Once, I took one more pill than the packaging suggested and I pueked...felt real fucked up. I don't remember how much was in this shit that I took, so I'm sure it's more mild than pure ephedrine pills. I did loose a shit load of weight though and kept it off for a long long time. This product in particular had other herbs in it...such as Kola Nut (caffiene), ginseng, white willow bark etc. making this product not only increase energy and help with weight lost, but it boosted the metabolism, suppressed my appetite, made me more productive than I've ever been. I miss it, but based on the disadvantages now known, I would never take it again.
Also, many of the people that i know that tried the same product did have problems with this product. I don't suggest it.
Now, I take B6, B Complex and Siberian Ginseng...I've got increased energy, more motivation to to shit as a result and no negative side effects. B6 and B12 are used in the Dr. Berstein Diet through injections (I don't know if they have that in the US, I'm in Canada), which I've personally seen AMAZING RESULTS. These two vitamins help metabolize fat and carbs.Comment

Ephedrine has been demonized alot more than it deserves. Being overweight has killed alot more people than ephedrine ever has. Just over 100 deaths have been attributed to ephedrine since it has been used. How many people die from being overweight(eating too much for too many years) every day?
If it is so bad, why do all the pharmaceutical companies still get to sell it for sinus trouble?
Tylenol and all the other brands still sell it as sinus medication and you can get it easily over the counter.
Of course your best bet is to be active and eat right, but most folks are lazy and want the quick fix. Ephedrine is not something you take everyday forever, you cycle on and off if you so desire.

For almost 2 years I took 8 ripped fuel tablets per day and drank 2 razor ripped drinks. I would work out for 3 hours a day and eat whatever I wanted, the problem was I was never really hungry.
