WTF!! Paycom has lost its merchant bank?!?! ANOTHER iBILL!?
Uhhhh, I've received a number of calls this morning telling me this. Is this true?! Can anyone confirm? ALSO, the CEO, Mallik, has left the company and is running now? $1.5m has been fined to teh company and they have no more cash? Does that mean we do not get paid? Someone please tell me it isn't true. Or if it is, more details please! I have $2,000 bucks that is owed to me! Not a lot of money, but it is to me...

				 | There is so much intentional mis-information on GFY these days its approaching the legal liability level for Lens. I hope he starts waking up to this fact and starts taking the appropriate action and some responsibility for things posted on his board.

				 | Oh for Gods sake. I have talked to Clay personally and they have not lost their merchant account, Mallick is not running anywhere, and I will go and ride my bike over to their offices to see if the repo man is there yet. What a stupid thread. Just because there is a change in management does not mean a company is going out of business. |

However - that is where the similarities end. Paycom hasn't been sold, sold again, missed any payments in years, or given people nothing but a string of excuses a mile long for not paying them. I've said this for the last year or so, if I were looking for a third party solution, I'd get accounts with Paycom and with CCBill. I would do the same today. | |

				 | KK I have a feeling the person that posted this isn't making this out of Chris leaving. I'm pretty sure they were called and told this. Somebody has it out for paycom and is telling people the sky is falling there. |

That story says NOTHING about a $1,500,000 fine. Which is good, right? No news is good news.

				 | Posts like thsi should lead to lawsuits. When threads like this other companies drop everything, have meetings, and in some cases make changes. Imagine if Paycom lost $30k a day because a single company pulled their business from them because of a thread like this. If Kimmy Kim is saying it's not true, I believe her. KK would never lie about such a thing.
