I can not recommend either scripts... gossamer is pretty crappy so is linkadmin
linkadmin in its basic was nice.... 5 years ago but that thing is lacking features like crazy.... no search, no daily new option, no nothing.
Right now I like what I see over at xpowerlinks

link admin is apparently not supported anymore, and i've been very dissappointed with the features. xpowerlinks looks damn good.
