Bid obligation
Lets say someone puts item A up for sale
I bid $xxx and then right after someone bids $yyy in which case $yyy > $xxx But then the person who bid $yyy backs out after the auction, am i still obligated to buy Item A ???

On Adult Industry Auctions if the winner of the auction backs out, the next highest bidder is offered the product or service for their top bid amount. They are not obligated though. If they decline the deal, then the auction is just ended with no winner. I believe that eBay is a little bit more strict about their policies reguarding this.
