The semi had to of been stopped when the van plowed into them.

Just heard on the news that it was 5am and the truck was stalled out in the center lane. Witness said the driver of the van had been cutting lanes and speeding before it made a wrong lane change and BAM! Two died on impact and the third died at the hospital. People need to slow down.Comment
