    suddenly having an odd technical issue w/ new user insertion, could *really* use a contact..!

      hm... I had the same technical problem a month ago and they told me its on my end... dont have any emergency contact info though mate, sorry

          what did it turn out to be? my other billing scripts are able to add password pairs w/out problem right now, but i'm having to add the new users in manually until i figure out what the issue is...

          also, even though new signups are showing w/in the admin, i'm not receiving the normal transaction emails all of a sudden, coinciding w/ the pw-pairs not appearing...

              I had the exact same problem, but only every second or so transaction wasnt added to the user/pass database, and today I havent received any transaction emails either, it started about 20 hours ago... very strange
              the problem with the user/pass adition fixed itself once in a while and eventualy their tech changed my system to work on their "new" php based user addition system and it seems to have worked.

                  hmm, must be a system-wide problem then, if your not getting the normal transaction emails all of a sudden either, sounds the same... i am running their .php script already though, thats what i have used since setting up this site w/ them... urk, 5:34am and want to sleep but am sitting up to add new users manually..!

                      Yeah its a pain in the ass, but has to be done unfortunately...
