      but that's what.. pocket change for the mount already spent in the billions

                  Wasn't there a news program last week or so that had a piece on our troops finding a bunch of metal suitcases containing something like 200 million in CASH.

                  Seems no one knew about that either......

                  just tossing money at a problem with no controls I guess....
