What is everyone's idea on netbilling?

Also, how was account setup?

Moneris has their own gateway, why do you need to use netbilling?

NetBilling = 5 Star service and setup and customer support.
They RULE.
The processors who contract them aren't always as prompt to get things going but it isn't NetBilling's fault when something takes time (usually).

Moneris's gateway is an absolulte piece of shit. Netbilling's is by far the best I have ever seen and their support is second to none.
