god i fucking hate this iTunes software...such shit....anyway, im having trouble putting songs on my ipod...i wanna just put certain ones on their but i have 50million boxes to uncheck and i cant find an uncheck all box....also, how does an ipod deal with untagged files??? not all my mp3s are tagged 100% correctly....god i hate this crap software

Yeah that shit sucks.
I don't keep anything in my itunes library. I only drag shit there when I'm going to be adding it to the ipod. Then I drag from there to the ipod.
Before you add anything to the ipod right click on the mp3 > properties > summary and make sure everything is set the way you want it to be on the ipod. Otherwise shit become very unorganized fast.
